Second Beatles Story museum in the works
A second Beatles Story museum reportedly is expected to open this summer as part of the new Pier Head-based Mersey Ferries terminal in Liverpool, England. The $20 million center will be part of the permanent Beatles Story exhibition, which attracts 200,000 visitors a year and chronicles the story of the iconic band's creation, career and break-up, the Liverpool Echo said Tuesday. The original Beatles Story museum is in Albert Dock. The Pier Head center will feature a four-dimensional theater and Fab4Store, the newspaper said.[...more...]
